Christ Ahnsahnghong and the Passover

Christ Ahnsahnghong restored the New Covenant Passover.

I believe Christ Ahnsahnghong is the Second Coming Christ is because, among other things, He restored the New Covenant Passover that was abolished in the year AD 325. So to help you—the reader—understand more about why I believe in Christ Ahnsahnghong, I would like to take this time to explain the Passover of the New Covenant. Here we go…

What exactly is this Passover you speak of???

The Passover has its origins in the Old Testament. The first time the Passover was ever celebrated was while the people of Israel were in slavery to the Egyptians in the time of Moses. To deliver His people out of slavery God sent His prophet Moses, and with him ten plagues, to the land of Egypt. Plague after plague, there was only one request for the Pharaoh: let God’s people go. However, the Pharaoh, King of Egypt, would not give the people of Israel their freedom. Finally, God said that He would send the last plague, the worst plague of them all, but if God’s people wanted to be protected, they had to celebrate the Passover.

Exodus 12:11-13 “This is how you are to eat it: with your cloak tucked into your belt, your sandals on your feet and your staff in your hand. Eat it in haste; it is the Lord’s Passover. On that same night I will pass through Egypt and strike down every firstborn—both men and animals—and I will bring judgment on all the gods of Egypt. I am the Lord. The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. No destructive plague will touch you when I strike Egypt.

God promised to protect His people—those who celebrated the Passover—when the plague came upon the land of Egypt. For obvious reasons, the Pharaoh of Egypt did not celebrate the Passover, and for this reason the firstborn in his house died that night. After this, the Pharaoh let the people of Israel go, just as God promised it would happen.

Now that the people of Israel obtained what they wanted, freedom from slavery, should they continue celebrating the Passover? Let’s see what God had to say:

Exodus 12:14 “This is a day you are to commemorate; for the generations to come you shall celebrate it as a festival to the Lord—a lasting ordinance.”

A lasting ordinance means that this feast of the Passover should be kept forever. This means that generation after generation, whenever the date of the Passover comes around (which is the 14th of Aviv), God’s people should be celebrating the Passover.

But isn’t the Passover a celebration only for the Jewish people?

No, my good friend, this is a big misunderstanding. The Passover does not belong only to the people of Israel or, as some people call them, “the Jewish people.” The Passover is a feast that belongs to God.

Leviticus 23:4-5 These are the Lord’s appointed feasts, the sacred assemblies you are to proclaim at their appointed times: The Lord’s Passover begins at twilight on the fourteenth day of the first month.

As you can see in the verse above God clearly said, “These are the Lord’s appointed feasts,” not, “These are the Jewish feasts.” Through this, we can see that the feasts belong to God and not to the people. In the time of Moses the people of Israel were allowed to keep Gods feasts, that is why they were known as God’s people. However, when Christ came, He allowed all those who followed Christ to also keep the Passover.

Matthew 26:17-19 On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover?” He replied, “Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, ‘The Teacher says: My appointed time is near. I am going to celebrate the Passover with my disciples at your house.'” So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover.

Jesus commanded His disciples to prepare for the Passover. Jesus’ disciples were essentially the first Christians. Therefore, this Passover that we see in the New Testament is the first Christian Passover. Then how did Jesus celebrate the Passover in the New Testament times?

Matthew 26:26-28 While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.” Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”

It was on the Passover night that Jesus established the New Covenant, promising His flesh and blood through the Passover bread and wine, and through this promising the forgiveness of sins.

So why should I as Christian keep the Passover?

Very simple, not only should Christians keep the Passover because Jesus said to kept it, but also because of the following reason:

John 6:53-56 Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.

Jesus said that in order for us to receive eternal life, we need to eat His flesh and drink His blood. The only night Jesus promised His flesh and blood was on the Passover night. Therefore, by celebrating the Passover we can receive eternal life.

Why is it that Christian Churches do not Celebrate the Passover?

The reason Christian churches today do not celebrate the Passover has to do with a Roman Emperor named Constantine, and an event known as “The Council of Nicaea,” which took place in AD 325.

At that time, there was an argument between the Churches of God in the east and the west. The Churches in the west, which were being led by the Church of God in Rome wanted to keep the Passover on the same day as the Resurrection, but the Churches in the east wanted to keep the Passover as it was in the Bible, on the 14th day of Aviv at twilight. To resolve the differences, the Roman Emperor Constantine sat in the middle of the opposing parties as a judge. Finally, it was declared that Passover on the 14th day of Aviv was not important, but instead the celebration with bread and wine would be kept on the same day as the Resurrection, which would be on a Sunday. This is how he craftily combined the Passover and the Resurrection Day, now calling it Easter (Easter comes from the pagan goddess of spring and fertility, Ishtar or Ester).

From AD 325, celebrating Passover as it was in the Bible became heresy, and anyone who continued to keep the Passover on the 14th of Aviv, would be excommunicated from the Church. Eventually, the biblical celebration of the Passover died down as the Christians of the Early Church passed away.

So then why does the World Mission Society Church of God keep the Passover?

Christ Ahnsahnghong is the reason members of the World Mission Society Church of God keep the Passover. The fact that Christ Ahnsahnghong restored the Passover of the New Covenant is a sign of Him being the Second Coming Christ. According to the prophecy in the book of Hebrews, Second Coming Christ has to bring salvation.

Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

So we see, the Bible says Christ who comes a second time will bring salvation. This means that before Christs second coming, no one has salvation, simply because He is the one bringing it. However, Christ already brought salvation 2,000 years ago didn’t He? Then why does He need to bring it again? Because salvation was taken away when the Passover of the New Covenant was abolished at the Council of Nicaea. For this reason, Christ has to come again and restore the Passover of the New Covenant, which is salvation for the people of God. In this day and age it is only Christ Ahnsahnghong who has taught about the Passover of the New Covenant giving us eternal life. This is one of the many reasons why I believe Christ Ahnsahnghong is the Second Coming Christ.

Come celebrate the Passover of the New Covenant, which Christ Ahnsahnghong brought us for eternal life. Christ Ahnsahnghong and the Passover, lets us know the truth is in the World Mission Society Church of God.

I feel so overjoyed that I do not even know how to begin writing!

I will start first by giving a sincere thanks to Christ Ahnsahnghong for revealing to me, through the bible study at the World Mission Society Church of God, the truth about the Passover, it’s orgin, it’s blessing and the history behind the Feast that grants us eternal blessings and salvation!

When I come to think about the World Mission Society Church of God and the Passover, I feel so incredibly blessed because when I was younger I had only heard about communion and easter when we drink grape juice and eat a wafer cracker. I wasn’t catholic and so I wasn’t allowed to partake in communion when I went to a service my friend invited me to, well really because I didn’t do .. idk the step I needed to take to partake in eating the wafer, confession? idk, it was something I had to pay for and take class for, I believe. So at that time I didn’t even get to learn about receiving “chrst flesh and blood aka communion” and also when I kept easter service in the church I had attended, it was never made clear to me why we went to church and ate the wafer and drank grape juice.

But the very first day I walked into the World Mission Society Church of God, I was able to study the bible, for free…and learn about the Passover! Finally, I understood what the true meaning of eating Christ flesh (bread) and drinking his blood (wine) was! And also I was able to keep it!

You know that feeling when you finally understand something? Like a realization, and that feeling inside makes you excited and smile, I felt like that when I learned about the Passover! It clicked, it made sense, because it was there in the bible as clear as day!

Thanks to Christ Ahnsahnghong! I believe He is the true Second Coming Christ because He is the only one who spoke about the true meaning about the Passover, the true meaning of eating Christ flesh (bread) and drinking Christ blood (wine). How awesome and amazing, really. I can now say that not just this teaching about the Passover, but several other teachings have strengthened and confirmed faith in God.

How amazing is it to know and understand about Passover?! This understanding is a precious gift from God!! When Christ came 2,000 years ago He brought us salvation through the Passover, and it is the same in the last days. Heb 9:28 testifies that 2nd Coming Christ will come to bring salvation, meaning He will restore Passover!!!

Throughout my life, I have been to various different churches and I remember my dad asking one day, “How do you know what church is real?” I never had an answer to that question until I came to the Church of God. Why? It is because everything that I learn at the World Mission Society Church of God comes directly from the Bible.

When I came to this church, I was able to learn about the truth of Passover, its appointed time, and understand about God’s deep love for us through the Passover. It’s truly so profound and amazing teaching of God. I’m so comforted to know the truth of the Passover and all the blessings God bestows upon us.

I would encourage everyone to come and see about the Passover through the Bible!!

Passover is the feast through which our God,Heavenly Father Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the mother New Jerusalem give us their children the full extent of their holy love ( John -13:1. The greatest gift parents can give their children is Life. Our Heavenly parents give us Eternal Life through the passover by sacrificing to the point of death.

We sinners need to understand the prophesy of the Bible. Can we sinners enter Heaven? Yes by receiving the forgiviness of our sins. In Luke-1:77, God will give his children the knowledge of salvation through the forgiviness of sins. Then how can we receive forgiviness of sins? By celebrating The Holy Passover ( Mathew – 26: 17-19;26-28). Here meeting the second coming christ is very important as Hebrews – 9:28 says Christ will come a second time to bring salvation for those who are waiting for him.

Then Who brought the knowledge of salvation through which we sinners can receive the forgiviness of our sins and enter eternal life? It is none other than Almighty God Heavenly Father Christ Ahnsahnghong, Who restored The Holy Passover feast which was abolished in AD 325.

I humbly appeal to all to believe in the Savior Heavenly Father Christ Ahnsahnghong who is almighty God who restored the passover feast according to the prophesy of the Bible (Isaiah -25:6-9).He is surely our God who will swallow up death forever and save us.

Thank you Heavenly Father Christ Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother New Jerusalem for YOUR Holy and precious love and sacrifice which knows no bounds.

This was perfect. It’s very easy to understand why we keep the Passover in these last days. Christ Ahnsahnghong is second coming Christ because he restored the Passover. If you study more I’m sure you will come to full understanding of the truth. God bless you.

The Passover, the only way to eternal salvation, was restored even by Christ Ahnsahnghong! This year, I hope to keep this Passover with heavenly brothers and sisters in Zion!
