Christ Ahnsahnghong is not King David

Christ Ahnsahnghong followed a false prophet for 16 years and comes up short on the “prophecy of King David”

Someone posted an online, stating that Christ Ahnsahnghong did not fulfill the prophecy of King David since He was baptized in the Seventh Day Adventist Church in 1948, and remained as a member of that Church for 16 years.

They go on to say that the 16 years Christ Ahnsahnghong spent in the Seventh Day Adventist Church cannot be counted in the prophetical period of King David’s’ throne since Christ Ahnsahnghong was a member of a false church, established by the false prophetess Ellen G. White.

So according to them, this proves Christ Ahnsahnghong is not God. Hmmm…. Let’s see.

Did Jesus start His Church right after baptism at His first coming?

When we look into the Bible, we find that even though Jesus was baptized at the age of 30 and began to preach the gospel shortly after His baptism 2,000 years ago, He didn’t separate Himself from Judaism and their synagogues right away.

Luke 4:15-16 – He [Jesus] taught in their synagogues, and everyone praised him. He went to Nazareth where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom. And he stood up to read.

As we can see through the verse above, Jesus preached the gospel while keeping the Sabbath with the Jews in their synagogues. Now who were the leaders of Judaism in those days? It was the Pharisees and the teachers of the law! And according to Jesus, they were false prophets.

Matthew 23:29-33 – Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites!…You snakes! You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell?

Nevertheless, Jesus went into the Jewish synagogues every Sabbath and preached the gospel to the Jews. In this situation, can we say that since Jesus went into the synagogues that the Pharisees were leading, Jesus followed the teachings of false prophets? If you think like this, then you must deny that Jesus is God.

Now, if the synagogues were being run by false prophets, why did Jesus go there to preach? The reason is He wanted to save His people who were being misled by the corrupt religious leaders of that time.

People also claim Christ Ahnsahnghong did not keep the Passover of the New Covenant for 37 years.

Skeptics also insist that since Christ Ahnsahnghong did not keep the New Covenant Passover from the minute He was baptized, He did not fulfill the prophecy of King David.

If you think about it seriously, what about Jesus Christ; did He keep the Passover of the New Covenant from the moment He was baptized? The answer is: No! As everyone knows Jesus preached the gospel for at least three years after His baptism. And it wasn’t until His last Passover with His disciples that He established the Passover of the New Covenant. (Luke 22:19-20)

Then because of that can we say that Jesus is not the Savior? No!

So what did Christ Ahnsahnghong do while He was in the Seventh Day Adventist Church?

Those who speak against Christ Ahnsahnghong insist on Him being a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church only to deceive people, and get them into thinking that Christ Ahnsahnghong did not preach the gospel before 1964. However, Christ Ahnsahnghong preached the truth of the New Covenant even while He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

When you look into dates of when Christ Ahnsahnghong published His books, you will find that there are several published before 1964; some of those books were written to point out the errors of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and to preach about the Passover. The book, “Unsealing the Seven Thunders”, was published in 1955; and the book, “The Letter to the Church in Laodicea,” was published in 1960.

Those books were published well before 1964.

Then why did Christ Ahnsahnghong preach in the Seventh Day Adventist Church?

The reason why Christ Ahnsahnghong preached while He was in the Seventh Day Adventist Church, was to fulfill Bible prophecy.

The Seventh Day Adventist Church is represented as the church in Laodicea in the prophecy of the seven churches. (Revelation 3:14-20)

If you look into this prophecy, you can see that Christ appears during this time.

Revelation 3:20 – Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.

Christ Ahnsahnghong is the one who appeared in the Church of Laodicea bringing the Passover bread and wine that we should eat with Him, and He with us. Just like Jesus preached in the Jewish synagogues to save His people who were there, in the same way, Christ Ahnsahnghong preached in the Seventh Day Adventist Church to save His people who were there.

    While believing in God I never learned about King David in any other church, it was not until I came to Church of God that I learned how important it is to know and understand the biblical prophecies concerning King David. As the bible prophecies we MUST seek Spiritual King David for the blessing of Eternal life. There is nobody on this earth as far as I know that fulfilled the prophecy of King David other that our Almighty God Father Ahnsahnghong. Salvation has been given to us who have meet spiritual King David and received the promise of Eternal Life given through the Passover. Thank you Heavenly Father for your coming.

    True. However, Jesus did not keep the Passover of the New Covenant immediately after he was baptized PRECISELY BECAUSE THE NEW COVENANT WAS NOT ESTABLISHED YET. However, can we say that the New Covenant became invalid when almost the whole world/the whole world stopped keeping the Passover of the New Covenant? That would mean that if there was just a single man in the whole world left who would be keeping the Passover of the New Covenant before Ahn Sahng-Hong came, he would not be saved because of it, because the Passover of the New Covenant “stopped functioning”, because majority stopped keeping it. … It would mean that a law of God can be abolished if majority of people stops following it. .. And if this is not the case – in other words, if the New Covenant was still valid when Ahn Sahng-Hong was baptized, He should be keeping it from 1948. The argument with Jesus is invalid because Jesus established the New Covenant Passover. But the New Covenant Passover law was already established when Ahn Sahng-Hong appeared in flesh, wasn’t it? So to say that it is the same case as with Jesus (to say that they both had the same reason to delay keeping of the New Covenant Passover) is wrong for these reasons, in my opinion.

      There is also another prophecy second coming Christ has to fulfill:

      Isaiah 25:6-9 — On this mountain the Lord Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine — the best of meats and the finest of wines. On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples, the sheet that covers all nations; he will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces; he will remove the disgrace of his people from all the earth. The Lord has spoken.

      According to this prophecy God will come to a Mountain (Zion) and will prepare a feast involving wine, and this feast involving wine can remove death forever. The only feast involving wine in the Bible that can remove death forever is the Passover (John 6:53-54, Matthew 26:19; 26-28). Then why refer to the wine of the Passover as aged? isn’t all wine aged? But the reason why is because ever since the Passover was abolished around 325 AD it was not celebrated, therefore Second Coming Christ has to restore this Passover and therefore bring salvation.(Hebrews 9:28)

      For you to understand the response, you have to understand the reason for their argument, and that is to deny Christ Ahnsahnghong’s divinity on the basis of Him belonging to the SDA Church, which by that reasoning, they would have to deny Jesus too, since Jesus attended the synagogue alongside the Pharisees. However there is other prophecies second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong fulfilled in addition to the restoration of the Passover. Also the prophecy says Second Coming Christ has to restore it, which means it is not considered restored until Second Coming Christ does it, and before Christ Ahnsahnghong restored it, no one was keeping it. I hope that answers your question.

        Thank you, your explanation with the scripture is so clear! Even Christ said that He would not find faith on earth when He returns, that means no one is keeping the commandments of God, especially the Passover.

        If the argument is based on “if there’s a single person keeping the Passover in the dark ages”, then the argument is not valid, for in fact, there’s not a single person kept the Passover during that time.

    In order to understand that there is a prophecy between Christ and King David you have to have studied at the WMSCOG. No other church teaches this prophecy. Then after studying the prophecy of King David we come to realize, to our amazement, that Jesus Christ Fulfills the prophecy of King David who brings salvation in the last days. Then we also come to understand the prophecies in the bible that Christ will come a second time. If Christ Ahnsahnghong who fulfills numerous bible prophecies to the “T” is not King David then who is? How many men on this earth can fulfill the parable of the fig tree, which specifies a time and date in history. Obviously those who deny Christ Ahnsahnghong being King David cannot connect spiritual dots.

    First coming Christ – prophetical King David – second coming Christ – parable of the fig tree – 1948 – prophetical King David comes again

    To Deny that Christ Ahnsahnghong is King David only testifies to a lack of Knowledge of the truth, the bible and the proof God left for our salvation.

    Many people who claim that Christ Ahnsahnghong is not King David , do not believe in the Bible. it is very simple they always look the physical appearance of Christ instead focusing the prophecies of the Bible. some people say Christ Ahnsahnghong did not fulfill the prophecies of King David because he spent 16 years in the seventh day Adventist church and followed a false prophet. then I ask you this question, did Jesus Christ start his church right away?. well if you go back in time 2,000 years ago Jesus Christ didn’t right away start a church, he kept the sabbath with the Jews Luke 4:15-16. He didn’t right away separate with Judaism, he preached the gospel in their synagogues, while they were false prophets. Jesus Christ purpose being in that Church is to save his people out of falsehood by preaching the gospel. In the same way Christ Ahnsahnghong was baptized in the 7th day Adventist church and preached the gospel to save his people out of falsehood as well to fulfill prophecies of Rev 3:14-20. from then on 1948 to 1985 father fulfilled the prophecies of King David for 37 years of the gospel.

    When I read Revelation 3:20 “Here I am” and knock at the door.” This is a perfect verse because Second Coming Christ must knock at the doors of those He came to. At that time Christ Ahnsahnghong was baptized in the Seven Day Adventist church and He must tell them the truth that’s why He remained there with the hope that they would open their heart and received the New Covenant Passover, but in the same way the Pharisees rejected Jesus when He preached to them, the SDA also rejected Christ Ahnsahnghong and refused to receive eternal life. That is also why the SDA church got corrupted after that. Christ Ahnsahnghong indeed fulfilled all the prophesies 🙂

    When I read this article I can see that if we don’t fully know and study the prophecy in the bible about His 2nd coming it is difficult to understand. Even 2,000 yrs ago Jesus did the same things as He did at His 2nd Coming. I can see how much God really wants to save His people. It is like the example of a fire and someone is in there the only way to save them is by going in and grabbing them. This is what Christ did at His both comings.

    It is so refreshing to read this proof that Christ AhnSahngHong is the true Savior. Without knowing the scriptures it is easy to read a simple remark someone makes online and to question if Christ AhnSahngHong is really God. However, it is plain to see that He is the One the Bible testifies to. At His first coming He clearly let us know that the reason the scriptures were written was to lead us to Christ. So it is a foolish mistake for anyone to say Christ AhnSahngHong is not God without knowing the scriptures. This is equivalent to someone with no medical background giving someone advice on an ailment. If the person with an ailment listened to the advise of the one with no basis to provide a medical analysis and their condition worsened, how pathetic would that be. I think its better for someone with no knowledge to refrain from speaking on matters they have no understanding of.

    There are many questionable statements in the article and the comments.
    1. Can you point to me the precise prophecy that says that King David’s reign must last for 40 years? I have only seen the prophecy that says his reign must last forever.
    2. All that argument about what Jesus did in the synagogue and Ahn did at the SDA is a red herring. The point is that Jesus preached with authority in the synagogue immediately after his baptism. Ahn spent a few years learning Christianity before he started preaching. Therefore, his first few years at the SDA cannot be counted as a reign. That is what the people who refute your 40 year argument are saying. You have either misunderstood their point or you are side-stepping it.
    3. As Luke already pointed out, the argument about how long Ahn kept the NCP has also been side-stepped by saying Jesus kept it only at the end. Again, like the previous point, the keeping of the NCP was not an issue for Jesus to measure the duration of his reign. For Ahn it is a measure because the NCP was established long before he was born.
    4. You also make a claim that the Passover removes death forever. What death are you talking about? Ahn and many others who kept what you call the PO died physical deaths. Can you also point out to me the scripture that says that the PO (NC) removes death? I know that scripture does make the claim for the body and blood of Jesus but does it mention the word PO anywhere?
    5. Jesus kept all the OT laws and he was bound to keep them in order to be the unblemished PO lamb. But do we have to keep them? See Jn 15:10. Jesus kept Yahweh’s commands while we have to keep his? Read the Gospels and show me where exactly there is a command from jesus or his apostles to keep the Sabbath.

      Jesus is the eternal King, ever before He came to this world to reign on Davids throne…

      Jer 10:10 — But the Lord is the true God; he is the living God, the eternal King.

      So although He was already ruling as the eternal king, why does he need to reign on Davids throne??? It is because the throne of King David is prophecy for us to recognize for how long Christ will do His ministry on this earth.( ill make an article about this soon)

      2. I don’t think is red herring. Its quite relevant, because the point is that just because the Christ worships in the place that the religious leaders of that time worship, it does not necessarily mean that He is following them. The point of the prophecy is not determined with when the preaching starts, but when the baptism takes place, so if the baptism took place at the age of thirty, then we start counting from there. So i think the ones who are misunderstanding are others.

      4. of course is spiritual death… is God concerned with our flesh? Well can you point to another verse of the Bible where Jesus promised His flesh and blood outside of the Passover???

      5. Well, Jesus did everything as an example.. if you do not follow Jesus footsteps you are a liar…

      1 John 2:3-6 — We know that we have come to know him if we obey his commands. The man who says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But if anyone obeys his word, God’s love is truly made complete in him. this is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must walk as Jesus did.

      As we know Jesus kept the Sabbath Day, and this was an example for us.. He did not do it because of the Old Testament law, but because its one of the commandments. like A. Paul said.

      Romans 3:31 — Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the law.

      This means that although we are saved by faith, it does not mean we can desecrate the Sabbath Day. Jesus said

      Matthew 7:23 — And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you who break Gods laws’ NLT.

      I have yet to see a verse in the Bible that says that the Sabbath Day does not need to be kept anymore.

        Thank you for clearing up all her arguments. It seems to me that she isnt interested in how to receive the forgiveness of sins or try and find the true way to follow God. Instead she just attacks and asks to see specific scriptures without providing any verses in her questions. Its clear her intent is to only put doubt in peoples minds rather than follow the right path towards the Kingdom of Heaven. God bless you!

    Brandyn Hurt

    These posts have helped me and so many other people understand about the WMSCOG. What I like the most is to see how Christ Ahnsahnghong is compared directly to Jesus. In addition to that, the creator of this site is able to show the prophecy behind it; clearing it up 100%. Jesus himself already said that there will be people who see, and people who won’t see (MT 13:13) even though they can read with their eyes. It reminds me of Paul who did not recognize Jesus right away, until Jesus himself appeared to him in all his glory, which temporarily blinded Paul. LOL I think that might be what it will take in order for peoples’ concepts to be broken about Jesus’ second coming.

    I find it very amazing when put in perspective the Bible shows that Christ is prophetical K. David (Isa 9:6, Lk 1:31). Also it shows that God promised the Everlasting Covenant to David (Isa 55:3), but the Everlasting Covenant is Passover (Mt 26:17,26-28). But Christ Ahnsahnghong taught about Passover after Israel became a country in accordance with prophecy in the bible that was abolished in history; therefore for making him prophetical K. David!

    If people say he’s not K.David then who is? I haven’t seen in the bible nor heard of anyone else fulfilling prophecy of K.David as Christ Ahnsahnghong did in accordance with the Scriptures. Unless it can be shown in the scriptures that Christ Ahnsahnghong isn’t prophetical K.David and that someone else is prophetical K. David… Christ Ahnsahnghong GOD, THE PROPHETICAL K.DAVID WHO CAME TO GIVE SALVATION TO THOSE WAITING ON HIM!!

    Nowadays people are Biblical-illiterate so it is difficult for them to understand about second coming Christ. The reason that they believe in Jesus is not even because they studied about him through the scriptures but because they follow tradition, a blind faith. But if we really want to understand God and Christ, we need to study the bible. Everyone wants to go to the kingdom of Heaven but if they fail to recognize the savior, they are doomed. So by studying the prophesies of second coming Christ, we come to know that only Christ Ahnsahnghong fulfill them and that is why he is the one who was to come.

    The claim that Christ Ahnsahnghong followed a false prophet for 16 years because he was in the Seventh Day Adventist Church is wrong. When you make comparisons between 1st and 2nd coming Christ you can see that. In Luke 4:15-16 we can see that Jesus didn’t leave the synagogue right away but stayed and preached the gospel in the synagogues. So was Jesus following false prophets by continuing to go to the synagogue or was he preaching to His children to try to save them from the false prophets? See Matthew 23:29-33.
    Jesus Christ didn’t establish The New Covenant Passover until the night before He was crucified. But we still believe He fulfilled 3 years of the prophetical King David’s reign by preachIng the gospel regardless of where it was preached. So for doing what Jesus did Christ Ahnsahnghong and the church are persecuted.
    Christ Ahnsahnghong published books before he left in 1964 contradicting beliefs of the SDA while still going there. We can certainly believe 2000 years later that Jesus Christ was God in the flesh because the Bible testified about him. The Bible testifies about Christ Ahnsahnghong also! He fulfilled the prophecy of the prophetical King David satisfying all the points. To believe you must study the word of God, the Bible.

    It is amazing how all the prophecies of the Bible about second coming Christ came true to the tee. Those who accuse Christ Ahnsahnghong should realize that they are making the same mistake as the religious leaders 2,000 years ago. History repeats itself. I hope everyone pays close attention to the prophecies of the Bible and receive true second coming Christ testified in the Bible.
