Christ Ahnsahnghong cannot be Christ because He died
According to Romans 6:9 Christ Ahnsahnghong is not Christ
One of the favorite verses in the Bible of those who speak against the World Mission Society Church of God and Christ Ahnsahnghong is Romans chapter 6 verse 9.
Romans 6:9 – For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him.
They quote this verse and say: “The Bible says that Jesus cannot die again after His death on the cross. But Christ Ahnsahnghong died so He cannot be Christ.”
I see It looks like they have a point … hmmmmm…. Not really!
According to Isaiah 43:11 Jesus is a false prophet
2,000 years ago when God came in the flesh for the first time, the only Scriptures that existed were the scriptures of the Old Testament – from Genesis to Malachi — and in those scriptures, you could find the following verse in the Book of Isaiah:
Isaiah 43:11 – I, even I, am Jehovah; and besides me there is no savior. – ASV—
Using this verse alone, many people could have easily rejected Jesus as the Savior, solely on the basis of that one verse. They could have easily said: “Since it is written in Isaiah 43:11 that there is no other Savior except God Jehovah, then Jesus of Nazareth is a false Messiah.”
But thankfully the Bible is not just one verse. If we analyze many other prophecies in other passages of the Old Testament, and their fulfillment in Jesus Christ, we can realize that Jesus is the Messiah and He doesn’t contradict Isaiah 43:11. The reason why proclaiming Jesus as the savior does not contradict Isaiah 43:11 is that the book of Isaiah was written before Jesus was born, and of course, at that time, the only Savior was Jehovah God, so it is quite natural that Isaiah 43:11 is written in that way.
It is the same way with Romans 6:9 and Christ Ahnsahnghong.
Romans 6:9 does not deny Christ Ahnsahnghong as the Savior
Then what is the correct meaning of Romans 6:9? This verse does not mean that Jesus cannot die again regardless of the situation. If we examine the contents from the beginning of the chapter, we can understand what the verse is talking about.
Romans 6:3-4 – Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.
As we can see, the verse is making a comparison of the life that Jesus lived – His death and resurrection—and how we who participate in His life will receive the same benefits. Let’s continue:
Romans 6:5-9 – If we have been united with him like this in his death, we will certainly also be united with him in his resurrection… Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him.
What Apostle Paul is trying to explain in chapter 6 of the book of Romans is that since Jesus was resurrected, He will not die again. In other words, Jesus who was resurrected from the dead will live eternally. This was written to let us understand that Jesus showed His resurrection beforehand to demonstrate to us how we will be resurrected.
Everything Christ did was an example of what will happen to those who follow in His footsteps
Everything Jesus Christ did was an example for us who follow in His footsteps. (1 Peter 2:21)
• We receive baptism as Christians because Jesus was baptized. (Luke 3:21)
• We keep the Sabbath Day because Jesus kept it. (Luke 4:16)
• We keep the Passover of the New Covenant because Jesus kept it. (Luke 22:13-15)
• We preach the gospel because Jesus preached it. (Luke 4:43)
Therefore, if we follow faithfully in the example of Christ, we have the hope to be resurrected and will not die again.
When we examine all the verses in the Bible, which testify to our resurrection, consistently, we can see that all the verses place emphasis on the fact that we will not die again.
Luke 20:35-36 – “But those who are considered worthy of taking part in that age and in the resurrection from the dead will neither marry nor be given in marriage, and they can no longer die; for they are like the angels. They are God’s children, since they are children of the resurrection.”
1 Corinthians 15:54 – When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”
The Bible also testifies that the kingdom of heaven where we will go after we are resurrected is a place without death!
Revelation 21:4 – “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
This is something Apostle Paul understood and was trying to explain to the Romans in his letter. Christ did not just die, but He was resurrected and lives eternally in Heaven. For this reason, we can have faith that if we follow His example, we too will be resurrected and live eternally in heaven.
Romans 6:5 – If we have been united with him like this in his death, we will certainly also be united with him in his resurrection.
Therefore, isn’t it quite natural to say that Jesus, who resurrected, cannot die again and that death can no longer rule over Him?
So Romans 6:9 testifies to the state of resurrection and has nothing to do with either Jesus’ second coming in the flesh or His death.
What happens if Jesus, who stayed in an immortal spiritual body, came again in the flesh?
Since He came in the flesh, not in the resurrected spiritual body, He can die as much as He wants to and it would not violate Romans 6:9 at all.
Therefore, it is wrong to deny the Second Coming Jesus by distorting the meaning of the words in Romans 6:9.
Christ does everything according to prophecy
Some skeptics might say: “Well, Jesus resurrected after His crucifixion and that is why we believe that He is the Savior. However Christ Ahnsahnghong did not resurrect after His death. Therefore, He is not the Savior.”
For those who think like this, let me clarify one thing: The only reason the resurrection of Jesus took place was to fulfill Bible prophecy:
1 Corinthians 15:3-4 – For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, and that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures…
Jesus resurrected according to the Scriptures. With this in mind:
Can you show one verse in the Bible where it says that Second Coming Christ has to resurrect? There isn’t.
However, there are many prophecies that do show that Second Coming Christ has to pass away, which you can learn at your nearest World Mission Society Church of God.

I used to often wonder why I was born into a generation where no one trusts one another, where people constantly look to manipulate the Truth to promote their own beliefs and disguise it as “fact.” Most of the time I’d be frustrated wishing I would’ve been born at another time in the world’s history. After studying the bible at the World Mission Society Church of God, THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE. I was floored when I was shown proof that Jesus Christ had returned to the earth in my Generation with a New Name! At first I was very skeptical because I took my faith in God seriously and I didn’t want to be deceived by false teachings. But the more I studied about Christ Ahnsahnghong through the bible, the more evident it became that he IS indeed 2nd coming Christ based on all the prophecies that he fulfilled, even up to and including how and when he left this Earth. Come, see for yourself. It’s so exhilarating to KNOW what is true vs what is not in a world full of deception.
Honestly, it’s humbling to see how meticulous God’s plan for our salvation really is! See for yourself, you have nothing to lose, and the promise of eternal life to gain!

Wow, this was so powerful!! At first I didn’t fully understand the verse Romans 6:9, but now seeing the full meaning is amazing! Truly Ahnsahnghong is the Christ!! He is the one that reveals all things and fulfills Bible prophecy. Please, if anyone has more questions about second coming Christ, please study at the closest world mission society church of God, only by studying the Bible can we recognize who Christ is.

Unfortunately, in the age of the internet there is no dearth of laymen who , in attempt to experience pleasure of expression verbosely, fervently yet blindly speak falsehood about the Truth, showing not a modicum of respect for the Truth nor the least regard for the readily impressionable readers.
It would be great if these people actually know something, anything, about the bible before pouring out every word that’s the product of sheer imagination, construed in bleak darkness.

I am glad this website was created . It really does expose the deceit of those trying to keep people away from knowing God who has already come, namely the 2nd coming Christ Ahnsahnghong.
This article opened my eyes to see the difference between those who understand the will of God and those who just boast about knowing God, quoting random verses, without understanding it’s meaning- how dangerous .
It’s most important understanding the will of God in this time period and I can confidently say that I have learned that plus more at my local WMSCOG. I would definitely encourage those really trying to understand God to inquire about bible study as well. -
I am so thankful to God Elohim that every question I ever wondered about can be answered perfectly through the Scriptures! It’s true that context is so important! As mentioned above, in Heb 9:28 Christ came and was sacrificed/died once to sin. He cannot die again to sin b/c He already offered the perfect sacrifice (Heb 10:12-14) and resurrected. However, nowhere in the Bible does it say Christ cannot come again into this world (birth) and leave it (death). In fact, the Bible says Christ has authority to lay down His life and take it up again according to His will (John 10:17-18). Everything is done in accordance with the perfect plan of God shown through the prophecies..including when Second Coming Christ has to physically leave this world (die)! Even in the Bible, those who physically died while in Christ were not considered dead in God’s point of view but sleeping. That is why God is God of the living, not of the dead! God is concerned with our spiritual life. Please come to the WMSCOG to find the answers to your questions in the Bible and learn how you can receive spiritual/eternal life in Christ!

The reason Jesus Christ died and resurrected is because He had to fulfill prophecy. The reason Christ Ahnsahnghong didn’t resurrect after He died is because it wasn’t prophesied that He would. People try their hardest to deny that Christ Ahnsahnghong is Second Coming Christ because he died. We can’t deny that Christ Ahnsahnghong is Second Coming Christ based off of one verse, especially if we don’t know the correct meaning of the verse. By studying all the prophecies about Christ’s Second Coming, we can recognize that Christ Ahnsahnghong is Second Coming Christ.

The reason I’ve stayed at the Church of God because of Christ Ahnsahnghong fulfilling all the prophecies in the Bible. There’s no error in the Teachings of the Church of God nor there is any errors about Christ Ahnsahnghong. 2000 years ago there were many false things about Jesus but it never stopped him from being the Christ, even today many people claim to believe in Jesus. Put yourself 2000 years ago, would you still say you have the same faith towards Jesus? ” I don’t think so” if so you will come to realize that Christ Ahnsahnghong is that very Jesus who came 2000 years ago and also divided the Red Sea 3500 years ago. The answers are all in the Bible please come and visit the Church of God if you don’t have a full understanding.

Wow! This is amazing! This shows that if you don’t try to understand the content of each verse, you can make a very big mistake, even come to deny Christ. God doesn’t work according to the thought of men but God works thru prophecy. The way for us to recognize God in the flesh, is to see all the prophecies that He fulfilled. Christ Ahnsahnghong HAD to pass away in order to fulfill prophecy. Honestly, if I would of never set foot in The WMSCOG, I probably would of made the same mistake as this people who deny Second Coming Christ because they didn’t understood the full content of Romans 6:9, but since I was lead to this church and I was shown the truth thru the Bible, now I can say without ANY doubt that Christ Ahnsahnghong is Almighty GOD!

I am very thankful for the full explanation of this verse. When I didn’t know the bible and first heard of Christ Ahnsahnghong I too was confused with how this verse is written. However, once I studied the prophecies of the second coming of Christ and what he must fulfill, even fulfilling the prophecy of King David and ascending to heaven after 37 years completion work, everything makes so much more sense in my mind. Thank you for explaining this and giving me a true foundation in Gods word.

To say that Christ Ahnsahnghong is not the 2nd coming Christ because of he died is the same to say Jesus is not God because He died. Why did Jesus have to die? Wasn’t it for our salvation? So also we can say Christ Ahnsahnghong had to die for our salvation. 2000 years ago the Jewish people couldn’t understand why Jesus could not get off of the cross, saying, “If you are the Son of God come down from the cross.” They said that because they didn’t know or understand the prophecy which states that Christ must be pierced for our transgressions. So also people who are ignorant of the prophecies of the Bible concerning the 2nd Coming Christ ask the question, “If He’s the 2nd coming Christ why did he die?” Such people are in error because they don’t know the scriptures or the power of God. (Matt. 22:29)

Having a close-minded outlook on the bible really defeats the purpose of reading the bible, and trying to understand prophecy. For those that think that Christ Ahnsahnghong is not God Almighty because he died and did not resurrect ignore the essence of God’s salvation plan for us. People today are so arrogant when they present empty arguments to deny Father Ahnsahnghong and the WMSCOG. God gave us everything, including the Scriptures, which gives us an illustrative story of our lives as followers of Christ and a hope for heaven. Taking one verse and denying God’s power is simple-minded. Christ died 2000 years ago to save us, sinners. Jesus certainly had to the power to change the manner of his great sacrifice, but because Jesus was fulfilling what was written in the Scriptures, he did not. This was so that we can know and understand that Christ does everything according to prophecy in order that we may seek and find him through the Scriptures. According to the scriptures, Christ Ahnsahnghong came to give us salvation and sacrificed for us for 37 years and subsequently passed away. Dwelling on little misunderstandings will lead you to reject your Savior, just as what happened 2000 years ago with the Israelites. We cannot make the same pompous mistake. I believe, without a shadow of a doubt, that Christ Ahnsahnghong is God because he fulfilled every prophecy concerning Second Coming Christ!

Upon reading this, I have now come to better understand about Christ Ahnsahnghong, the second coming Christ. Though many peoples of the world may not fully understand, if everyone had a chance to learn about Christ Ahnsahnghong, but didn’t fully understand that he is the second coming Christ, i believe that through this passage from reading the bible verses and explanations, it would be made clear to understand. Yes, Romans 6:9 explains Christ he can not die again, however, if we only used one verse to testify about Christ how would we truly understand the prophecies the bible hold. By not understanding the bible, that alone can draw us away from truly understanding the mysteries of Christ. it is imperative, that we come to know that did come a second time to give us eternal life as it is written in Hebrews 9:28. and upon doing so he also fulfilled the prophecy of King David, for the 37 years he proclaimed the truth of the new covenant, as Jesus Christ did at his first coming. For these reasons as were stated through the passage, if we say that Christ Ahnsahnghong is not the Second Coming Christ, we must also deny Jesus Christ since it is written that the is no other savior other than Jehovah in Isiah 43:11. But rather than going back and forth, to get a great understanding that Christ Ahnsahnghong, we must fully believe in the bible, not doubting anything to be true, but fully understand the mysteries that have been hidden for so long, and are now being revealed through the teaching at the WMSCOG.

What I don’t understand is….how one can rationalize that one verse in the bible can negate thousands of years of prophecy about 2nd Coming Christ. I assume this is only possible when one does not know a single prophecy about 2nd Coming Christ. This is only the work of satan that would try to imply that the word of God can fight against itself. Let me give you a short example.
Gen 8:21 The Lord smelled the pleasing aroma and said in his heart: “Never again will I curse the ground because of humans, even though every inclination of the human heart is evil from childhood. And never again will I destroy all living creatures, as I have done.
Then, doesn’t this clearly mean that God will never curse the people again or destroy earth?
Isaiah 24:1 “See, the Lord is going to lay waste the earth…
Isaiah 24:3 “The earth will be completely laid waste and totally plundered. The Lord has spoken this word.”
Isaiah 24:5-6 “The earth is defiled by its people; they have disobeyed the laws, violated the statues and broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore a curse consumes the earth; its people must bear their guilt. Therefore earth’s inhabitants are burned up, and very few are left.”
However, the book of Isaiah has a direct prophecy from God claiming that He WILL curse the people and destroy the earth. Then, can we say that the omnipotent God did not know in the time of Noah that He would curse the people and destroy the earth again in the future?
The answer is within the CONTEXT given at THAT SPECIFIC TIME.

Then at that time what does “…as I have done” mean? How did God curse the people and destroy the earth? Wasn’t it by a great flood? Then isn’t God only saying that he will not curse the people or destroy the earth by flood again?
Gen 9:11 “I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all life be destroyed by the waters of a flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth.”
We cannot neglect the full context and situation of a verse in the Bible and then use it to discount other word of God in the Bible. Especially when it is essential for our salvation.
Please do not be thrown off by these ridiculous false insistences and come study all the prophecies about Christ Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother at the World Mission Society Church of God!

Wow this article is powerful. Everything is according to prophecy, everything Christ did was an example for us. When we follow in His life, we will also receive result of Resurrection. I can’t help but be reminded of 2 Per 3:16 when it comes to the way this one verse is being distorted. I’m thankful that no matter what, God explains the Truth and allows us to understand. Christ Ahnsahnghong is Christ because the Bible Testifes about Him being the 2nd Coming Christ. No one else can fulfill the prophecy that God wrote that He would fulfill. Wow this is a really great read. I was talking to a Jehovahs witness and they brought this up but I wasn’t able to articulate it so clearly as you have here. Keep up the good work.
