I was having brunch with my mom one day and showed her the video of the our community service efforts. Even though she does not attend the Church of God, she acknowledged with a smile that our church “does good things”. I am proud to be a member of a church that puts into practice the teaching “It is more blessed to give love than to receive, as God always gives love.”

I am very thankful that this article was posted. I personally witnessed the kind and selfless efforts from the members of the WMSCOG during hurricane Sandy. The members stopped everything and came together to plan how to best help the victims in that disaster. They went day after day to different areas, cleaning, serving and encouraging. I am proud to be part of such a loving organization that helps those in need without expecting anything in return.

Without a doubt it is obvious that most of us would never volunteer to help even our own family members. Since becoming a member of the Church of God my heart and mind have been changed. It doesn’t happen over night but through the teachings of our Heavenly Mother, thankfully, I am constantly reminded when I’m being selfish and when is the right moment to sacrifice my time and energy not just for family because “it’s the right thing to do” but for strangers and brothers and sisters who were once strangers as well. My religious beliefs never allowed me to have a heart. But thanks to Father and Mother now everyday I can change and people around me acknowledge the WMSCOG. Even through the persecution it cannot be denied the amount of love and joy that comes from the Church of God where our Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother dwell.

The World Mission Society Church of God is the most beautiful organization. Not only do they help heal communities through various activities, they help individuals grow to become better, more loving, and more considerate through its example of doing good deeds. But neither I nor the church can take credit for this fact, but we thank our Heavenly Mother for her teaching of love, sincerity, kindness, and concern for the person next to us. I am so thankful to be able to be apart of such a beautiful organization. Of course when something is so beautiful, someone will be jealous and say it is ugly, so the slander is not shocking. But even false testimony can’t hide true beauty, neither can the slander of our church hide is beauty and brilliance. All glory to Christ Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother for making us into their beautiful, brilliant image!

The World Mission Society Church of God is an amazing organization that holds to the teachings of Christ. This church has truly changed my life in so many ways. I’ve seen the tremendous impact this church has had not only in my life, but in the lives of those in the surrounding communities. The members are selfless and care more for others than themselves. Even though people say bad things about this amazing organization, I feel really blessed to be a member this church and in the great works. I give thanks to our Heavenly Mother for giving us the best example to follow.

I was not able to participate in the Sandy Clean up cause I had yet received the truth to be apart of this example of true love and kindness that has been taught to me by the Teachings of Heavenly Mother. As I myself was effected by super storm sandy all I could think about how others had it worse than me. And once I became a member at the WMSCOG to see how much the members sacrificed their time and effort when they themselves were also effected by the storm goes to show Heavenly Mothers teachings in action. I’m so grateful and honored to now participate in all of our volunteer events to spread the core of our belief which is Heavenly Mothers Love to the whole world.

I had the honor and privilege of being a part of this great disaster relief group that affected the lives of many victims for the better. You can see the tree by its fruit! The results speak for themselves that we try everythig possible to give back to the community and our society as a whole!
